- Free demo links are temporary: anonymous demos last 30 minutes and free signed-in demos last 48 hours, then they expire. Pro demo links are permanent and never expire, so you can share them anywhere.
- Is the data real?
- Demos start with realistic sample data, shaped by your site's actual brand color, logo, and scale signals. On any plan you can inline-edit the numbers; Pro unlocks the full editor to make every demo your own.
- Can I switch templates?
- Every plan can generate with all 14 templates, and the right one is auto-matched to your product. Switching the template and editing the theme and brand after generating are Pro features.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- The one-time purchase has nothing to cancel — it is yours for good. If you go monthly, you can cancel whenever and keep Pro access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Do new templates cost extra?
- Never. Every new template we ship is included in Pro at no extra cost.
- Does Pro remove the watermark?
- Yes. Free demos carry a small DemoDash watermark on the dashboard and on anything you download. Pro removes it completely, so the demo and every exported card are clean.
- Should I pay once or monthly?
- Same Pro features either way: unlimited, permanent, watermark-free demos and the full editor. The $29 one-time payment is yours for good with no subscription. The $9 a month plan is lower upfront and you can cancel anytime; after about three months the one-time payment is the cheaper path.
- Can I use the demos commercially?
- Yes. Generate demos for your own product, landing page, pitch deck, or launch. The one rule is honesty: do not present the sample numbers as real traction.
