The free plan is genuinely free and is never charged, so there is nothing to cancel or refund on it. You can use it for as long as you like; only Pro involves a payment.
DemoDash Pro is billed monthly ($15) or yearly ($120) in US dollars, and renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. There are no lifetime deals.
You can cancel any time from Settings → Manage billing, which opens the Dodo customer portal. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed. Your account and demos remain; only the Pro features turn off when the period ends.
Because Pro unlocks unlimited generation, the full editor, and instant asset downloads the moment you subscribe, fees are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. If you were charged in error, billed twice, or could not use Pro because of a problem on our side, email us and we will make it right.
Your receipt is issued by Dodo Payments. As the merchant of record, Dodo calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country and shows it at checkout, so the price you confirm is the price you pay.
